Responsibilities:
  • Process and prepare monthly payroll activities, including ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries.
  • Assisting new hires through the onboarding process, including orientation.Ensuring the Company complies with labour laws and regulations.
  • Update Company organization chart.
  • To maintain and update employees’ database and personal files.
  • Monitor the leave application from leave system.
  • Check and identify the accuracy of employees’ overtime record.
  • Create and update new joiner details and resign employee’s record in Payroll system.
  • Coordinate training programme.
  • Responsible for managing Company levy under HRDC for training grant application and claim submission.
  • To manage and monitor employees’ attendance.
  • To manage employee group insurance, including update employee movement.
  • Responsible the overall recruitment and selection process.
  • Assist in staff counselling and disciplinary issue.
  • Prepare annual EA form and E form.
  • Any others ad hoc task assigned by Superior.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource, and others related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of work-related experience.
